Most of us experience fear every once in awhile. Certain situations can arouse
anxiety in certain of us. The question is just how can we overcome those
uncomfortable emotions?
First step- Don't deny your fear or anxiety. Keep in mind that denying an

really a natural reaction to certain situations in everyday life, you become

position. One possible response is to obtain angry at your fear. You try to

specific amount of fear before an interview. You can also remind yourself that
no matter what goes on, you will still remain the same and the people who love

thinking is an efficient antidote for fear. If you notice all the positive
aspects in your life and provide thanks for them, you'll believe you're lucky.
Feeling this way may cause you to seek more proofs for being lucky. That will
lead you to call at your life as an adventure with good surprises, instead of a
long route with bad stuff that might happen to you on the way in which. It's all
a matter of perspective and you will choose in which manner to see things.
